4.6 Funds Held on Platform. Player funds held on the bd366 platform are kept separate from operational funds. bd366 does not use player funds for any purpose other than settling winning bets and processing withdrawals. Deposited funds do not attract interest.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and special offers made available by bd366 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only in respect of that specific promotion.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. bd366 reserves the right to modify the terms of any promotion or to withdraw a promotion entirely at any time, without prior notice, where circumstances require such action. Players who have already validly claimed a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will not be retroactively affected except where abuse has been identified.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. bd366 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on markets where an error in pricing has occurred. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an explicit confirmation from the platform. In the case of a technical fault during acceptance, bd366 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

6.2 Settlement of Sporting Events. Sporting bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, or equivalent authority) at the conclusion of the relevant event or defined settlement period. Results subsequently changed for any reason — including appeals or disqualifications — may or may not be re-settled at bd366's discretion, depending on the relevant sport's rules and bd366's settlement policy for that market.

6.3 Live Betting. Live (in-play) bets are placed in real time during an event and are subject to potentially rapid changes in odds. Once a live bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. bd366 will not be responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to place a live bet in a timely manner due to network latency or device issues.
